Meet the team

Rooted in Charlotte County. Committed to Our Community.

At Ily Medical Corps, we are proud to call Charlotte County home. We understand the challenges many local families, professionals, retirees, and seasonal residents face when navigating today’s healthcare system. Access to quality, affordable healthcare should not feel complicated or impersonal.

Our mission is to provide accessible, relationship-centered care that focuses on prevention, wellness, and building lasting connections with the people we serve. We believe healthcare works best when patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health journey.

Our philosophy

Listen first. Then Understabd.

We believe great medicine begins with a great relationship. That means taking the time to understand your history, your day-to-day life, and what meaningful health looks like for you.

Our care is evidence-informed and quietly integrative. We use the best of modern medicine and we pay attention to the upstream things that drive it: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and connection –

We keep our panel intentionally small so we can keep that promise When you join Ily Medical Corps, you’re not joining a system -you’re joining a practice that knows you.

Meet Ieleth Lopez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

I never entered healthcare with the goal of treating people once they were already in crisis. I entered healthcare to help prevent the crisis from happening in the first place.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of learning from a wide range of healthcare settings and providers—from hospital medicine and emergency care to integrative and wellness-focused approaches. Along the way, one truth became clear: people deserve to be heard.

Too often, patients leave appointments feeling rushed, dismissed, or unseen. I created Ily Medical Corps because I wanted to build the kind of practice where relationships matter, questions are welcomed, and every patient encounter is intentional.

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Autonomous Nurse Practitioner, I believe healthcare should be collaborative. My role is not simply to diagnose and prescribe. My role is to walk alongside you, help uncover the “why” behind your symptoms, educate you on your options, and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values.

My approach blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person perspective. I believe prevention, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, chronic disease management, and mental wellbeing all play a role in long-term health. I also believe that compassionate listening is one of the most powerful tools a provider can offer.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked in a variety of healthcare roles including phlebotomy, skilled nursing, oncology, emergency medicine, and concierge care. These experiences shaped my commitment to service and reinforced my belief that exceptional healthcare begins with genuine human connection.

Faith is an important part of my life and has guided my journey of service. I believe in science, medicine, and the power of prayer. My goal is never to judge, but to meet people where they are and provide care with compassion, integrity, and respect.

When you walk into Ily Medical Corps, I want you to feel something many patients have been missing for years:

Relief. _________

The feeling that someone is finally listening.

Welcome. I’m honored to be part of your healthcare journey.

Begin a healthcare relationship. Not a transaction.
